I am really missing Libby today. It has been 5 months and two days since we signed the Power of Attorney Papers to adopt Libby. It seems like a life time…………Please pray with us Daily at 6a.m. in the morning and at 9pm. at night. I know that there is power in prayer and when two or more are gathered awesome things will happen. Please pray for Libby’s care, the attorney, the governments and our family.

This Morning I prayed, as I usually do, “Lord I am waiting for you to direct me today”
I then read my devotions and scriptures from my bible. I know it is very important to know the truth of God’s word so that the direction God sows in my heart will not be snatched away from me through doubt.
Ironically, My Devotion for today was on Patience. I know without a doubt, after reading this God is trying again to teach me a valuable lesson. He wants me to learn to be more patient. Why? because God is patient. God knows how hard it is to be patient. He waits everyday on us to come to him, He waits on those who willfully choose their own way, who put off time and time again doing what has been asked of them. Yet God chooses to be patient, and because God wants me to be like Him, he wants me to be patient, too.
So today, I choose to be patient, I choose to focus on God, and wait without fretting.
Philippians 4:13 comes to mind “I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me.
Please keep us in your prayers as God directs us throught this journey to bring Libby home.
